Community teamWe care for patients at the end of life who have complex healthcare needs, and who are not in hospital.
Day serviceWe support patients who might be isolated as a result of serious illness, and can provide respite for carers.
Inpatient hospice wardWe admit patients from any care environment for symptom control or terminal care.
Lymphoedema serviceThis nurse-led service provides advice and therapy for lymphoedema an abnormal collection of fluid in body tissues.
Out of hoursOur services operate from 9am to 5pm on weekdays, we have out of hours support depending on the day, and the time.
Spiritual care & supportOur service centers on the holistic needs of our patients and the people that are important to them.
Therapy servicesWe can help with problems caused by serious illness like mobility, self-care, general strength, weight or energy loss.
